In 2016, in proximity to Ashgabat, 15 kilometers to the north of the city, within the territory of the industrial zone - HK "Damja Topary" has constructed a complex of buildings for office premises and stores and warehouses for the storage of confectionery products, chocolate, dried fruits, snacks and other products.

All premises are equipped with a ventilation and air conditioning system, warehouse structures have heat-insulated characteristics for protection against sunlight and poor weather conditions.

Total area of the complex in the occupied territory is 30000 square meters (or 3 hectares).

This includes:

Private motor pool with parking spaces, car wash and after-sales service of trucks carrying out the transportation of products;
Office buildings up to two floors, with total area of 2500 square meters with apartments;
Manufacturing workshop for the production, packaging, pre-packaging, storage and sale of dried fruits, walnuts, fried seeds, peas, buckwheat, rice, etc.;
Canteen for staff with places for rest;

The soft drinks production plant was put into operation in 1999. And its products under the patented brand "Damja" went into the lead in the shortest time among similar products in Turkmenistan.
